Introduction
Among the world of gray and blue those of fiery fire stand out among the crowd as the bravest of the brave. In a climate so full of harsh, desolate winds, snow, frost, and bite, those who found their inner fyre could stand among the few. The bravest of the brave. It is a hard life adrift the arctic, where the strongest survive, and where the meek surely do die. The Technique of the Inner Fyre is long forgotten among the meek, which is the result of their death. They may inhabit the north for years. In the end they will have endured a lifelong pain. The Technique of the Inner Fyre is only known to few. Those few are of the forgotten and survive a solitary lifestyle in which they endure with a bone deep sadness. Only a loner could endure this time alone with a happy heart. They were fewer than the Few.
About the Technique of the Inner Fyre
The Technique of the Inner Fyre is the last universally known magic. However, knowing something and knowing how to do something are two very different things. This magic is supposed to be able to warm your insides up in the deadliest of colds. It was a survival technique that all great fox sorcerers knew. Many years ago, there was not a day where you would not run into one. Among the year perhaps a few days one did not appear. But you catch the drift.
The magic is a very spiritual gift. It was widely known due to the fox’s natural spirituality. In fact, any type of magic is a spiritual gift. But many lost sight of their spirituality, which brought death to the magic. And death to the brave. A dark fox walked the arctic who literally stole the magic form their hearts. And so ended the merriment. And so began the lonesome howl into the freezing arctic night. A way of mourning. For they had lost a piece of their soul.
To this day the dark fox roams the land, keeping it so that no one fox would ever find their Inner Fyre again. Their Inner Fyre not only gave them peace of mind in the arctic climate, but it was what connected them to their magic. After all, it was one of their sources of magic.
No one knows who this dark fox is. The only thing known is that he can easily deceive you into a way of thinking without you even realizing it, and his name. Kyzayla. He uses his manipulative tongue to control your confidence, your intellect, train of thought, self-esteem. Thusly, your spirituality. Your Inner Fyre.
There are three elders who still know of this great power and use it to this very day. They are hiding among the arctic ice. They know of Kyzayla’s magic. They dare not cross his path. They are old and weary now. They merely survive upon the Inner Fyre and magical abilities. They are so old that they have the ability to keep just a touch of magic in their hearts, away from Kyzayla and his treacherous deeds.
The Jewel of the Inner Fyre use to be at the heart of the arctic. The North Pole. Once a year on a certain date, ice travels across the ocean in a trail providing a way to reach the center. This device was the power that provided the Inner Fyre to the arctic fox. Even with it in place it doesn't necisarily mean the fox can tap their Inner Fyre. The fox must have courage, patience, and conscienceness of the ability. If taught to recognize the Inner Fyre, one could use it. However, manipulation wasn't the only thing Kyzayla used to defeat the Inner Fyre of the arctic fox. He stole the Jewel of the Inner Fyre by crossing the trail of ice.
What You Must Set Out to Do
All territories are open. Since the Inner Fyre left almost all of the world, the only thing left to compete for was food. Those who can fight off oppositions during feasting have right to gorge themselves. (To see more on territories, fighting, etc, read the RP Rules).
You are welcome to find many friends, allys, and enemies along the way of discovering your Inner Fyre. To find the Inner Fyre, you must take a journey, a quest, to find the Jewel of the Inner Fyre.
Hints will be dropped off as much as possible to help each character find the Jewel of the Inner Fyre. Each character can be weaved into the plot by simply participating. Posts of Kyzayla will be made so you can interact and talk with him so you may resolve the arctic-wide problem of the missing Inner Fyre. You cannot read his mind, but you're willing to share clues with each other in character.

Dec 23rd, 07 Ambyrsole - The plot, the rules, and the forms are up. The look & feel is almost complete. Once everything is double checked SF will be ready to open up!
